Pretty much everything is by me except the menu bar icons and wallpaper.

Menubar theme is NFR (not because I don't want to, It just won't work with Lion/Mountain Lion which I assume most people are using now. I'm still stuck in 2009 on Snow Leopard)

It's just the standard dock using Mirage, then aligned it to the right.

He hasn't got back to me yet. Just download it from the site and desaturate it in any image editing software, it'll take less time than it'll take for him to get back to me.

I think you may be on the collection. If you click on the individual wallpaper whilst singed in it'll give you a drop-down just below the image with the download link.
